1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "789k" – refers to the 789k.pw website and all related services including the mobile app, games, sports betting, Live Casino, and Slots.
• "Player" or "Member" – refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at 789k.
• "Account" – refers to the personal account registered by a player to access 789k's services.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 789k's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3User Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 789k at any time. This includes accounts registered using the same name, address, phone number, IP address, device, or payment method. Detection of multiple accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

You are fully responsible for the security of your username and password. 789k recommends that you:

• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

789k shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

General terms applicable to all 789k bonuses:

789k expects all players to behave responsibly and ethically while using our platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using bot software, automated scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Player collusion to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Attempted money laundering using the 789k platform as an intermediary.
• Exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward support staff or other players.
• Spreading false or misleading information about 789k to the public.

789k employs a sophisticated fraud detection system that operates around the clock. Any suspicious activity will be investigated promptly. If an investigation confirms a violation, all winnings obtained through illegitimate means will be forfeited and the account permanently suspended.
